All the schools have a strong membership of both sexes and all ages. Some of our members have competed and gained honours at national and international level, but most just enjoy the experience of learning martial arts in a non-threatening and fun environment. We have classes for children aged four and upwards, as well as adult classes, and we encourage families to train together as much as possible.
